Halloween celebrations

Now that we have kids, Halloween isn't just a one-day celebration; it's a month long!  Pumpkin carving, parties, trunk-or-treating, more parties, and finally, Trick-or-Treating.

The only scary thing that happened to us this Halloween?  Laying in bed that night, I hear Evan say (in the dark): "Hi, I'm Evan Ellis Anderson."  Who/what was he talking to?!.......

Carving our pumpkin!

Yes, he's almost always in pajamas these days.  Takes after his mommy!  Since I work from home, why bother getting dressed?

Costume #1: Super Man!

Party with Mom's club - activities, food & fun!

The new thing is "TRUNK or Treat" now.  People decorate the trunks of their cars & pass out candy.  We went to our first Trunk or Treat at Evan's school.  It was a lot of fun!  Evan collected candy then each classroom had a Halloween game or project for the kids to do.

Costume #2 - Dinosaur!  This costume my mom made was so awesome that Evan wore it again this year.

Love my little dino!

Evan says: "Please can I have more candy?"

Spooky!

Tyler dressed as a baby for Trunk-or-Treat because it was too chilly out!

Decorating our ghost house. Evan basically ate the extra candy and frosting.

Evan made it to a few houses on Halloween, in between the rain we had.  He got just enough candy to make bedtime difficult, but he had fun!  :)

Happy Halloween!  With my babies!

For my birthday this year, we all wore costumes to the party.  Evan went as a baby chef.  How adorable is this outfit!?

Evan, Tyler & Madelyn.  Cutest cousins ever!

Can't get over all this cuteness!

I dressed as a chef & Tyler was my "sous chef"  :)

Aunt Katie dressed as a panda bear!
